unable to hear any noise from downstairs despite bar area being busy

one of the bar staff was a little abrupt at the end of the evening but the whine stay was lovely

staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, organising early check in and taxis

was pleased to find internal door access to bedrooms from bar to hotel so saved wearing a coat

also if you have a room close to the laundry room be prepared to be woken up very early as the staff talk outside your room and bang

the leisure facilities were really good and clean, we used all the facilities apart from the gym

absolutely loved the coffee bags in the room and the cafetiere of coffee in the morning with breakfast was perfect

the brasserie is a bit soulless. no bar in the old part of the hotel in the evening.

we ordered room service from the extensive menu, and were not disappointed, it was delivered by a very

the children loved having their own bedroom and it was really handy to have a small kitchen to prepare a picnic for our outing to chester zoo

the room at the very end of the hall where outside the was metal spiral staircase which i think kids had accessed sounded like there was bars been hit against it and could feel the vibration,

the hotel had a beautiful aroma, and because they were suites with sofas , dining areas, and kitchens, if we didn’t feel like going out, we could just stay in and chill

unique rooms plus they have a mini kitchen so you can eat in if you want.

we were upgraded to the spa room which was a lovely surprise at check in

they treated us to drinks at the bar for our anniversary and we had a lovely card in the room

to be able to book into our room until 2pm, we were in and unpacked by 10:45am (and at the bar by 11am)
