very overwhelmed by the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers

the free shuttle was much appreciated and it leaves every half hour

location by the airport was great with a easy to use shuttle available

free shuttle is awesome

only thing was that the shuttle driver took a 1/2 hour to find us because he wasn't told we're to look

also i wish each floor had laundry service

i also liked the fitness center with brand new equipment

room was next to the laundry room and it was very loud

i was able to get early check in and late check out

floor at the pool was a poor choice, it was extremely slippery

unfortunately i didn't get a chance to try the hotels major amenities like the indoor pool, the bar, restaurant etc

breakfast was perfect, you can bake your own waffles, choice between a lot of different cereals,

close to airport. comfortable beds, clean hotel. friendly staff, great pool area.

were charged a fair bit for an early check in, more than orginally stated by reception, but we were grateful to have a room

the gym is not 24 hours. my flight got in after 10pm and the gym had already closed.

we had a drink in the bar were the staff were really nice, then off to bed prior to heading to yosemite valley the next

my flight arrived quite early i was allowed early check in which was great

last name and room number), + transparent refrigerator, + handy phone (reception / room service / laundry - marked with pictures), + ice bucket, + capsule coffee machine, + electronic alarm clock, (+)traveled for a week before staying here and needed to wash my clothes- thankful for their laundry room and access to laundry detergent in the lounge (-)did struggle much with the laundry facilities as i stayed for a week (+) ice, laundry, our room had an empty nice mini fridge i put my drinks in (-) we used the laundry room, but the washer/dryer were $2 (-) i believe my room may have been above the laundry room (-) guest laundry machines cost $4 to wash and $4 for 30 minutes in dryer

the location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry

kids had a lot fun just watching airplane landing and taking off
