never have enough breakfast for everyone or they don't put out what they're supposed to serve

it was easy to find, easy to check in and out. bed was comfortable. had a whole kitchen!

i like the room it has a kitchen witch is very handy

the towels were never completely clean and in the laundry room out off the six dryers they had only two worked

the wifi seemed a bit slow, but otherwise we loved the stay.

the kitchen utensils were not complete. were always out of quarters for the laundry facility

and our little dog - they gave us dog treats and poop bags as we checked in (note there is a $50 pet fee and $60 valet fee which seems to be typical for this neighborhood)

gym, we had to ask for a working tv remote twice, quite expensive, somewhat noisy at night

the spa was closed during our stay. i would have loved to experience the spa facilities.

rooms are big and clean and updated nicely for a relaxing spa like atmosphere.

finally,- a good laundry facility which we used a couple of times (super convenient but $10/load)

nothing really, maybe a better breakfast selection than just the usual continental style.

the continental breakfast should have offered more variety and choices of food and beverages.
