recommend you go out for breakfast

i thought there was supposed to be a breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all and nobody at reception that i saw during the morning

continental breakfast: find it hard to believe comments that disparage this aspect

all was fine but i wish you had a hot tub instead of a pool. too cold to swim.

manager waived 20 dollars of the pet fee after my special request was never transmitted

as i walked out with my dog in the morning, what room i was in so she could check if i payed the pet fee

pet fee was a bit high ($70) but covers 3 days

couldn't find the emergency stairs. i get vertigo in an elevator. pet fee was really high!

like to clean the place was but that was about it couldn't use any of the the pool hot tub or gym because of covid which other hotels have already started letting people use those things

i like the indoor pool for my kids, and the gas pits outside for grilling while they swim.

my kids and my husband love the bed said it was so comfortable and i love breakfast buffet

we stayed in the queen suite with 2 adults and 2 younger kids and we definitely should have book the king suite for more room

they can improve on anything, it would be the cleanliness of the pool and the temperature of the water

as i walked to my room (on the first floor) past the door that leads to the hot tub/pool which had a notice taped on it that the hot tub is out of service/out of order/not available

the cordial staff, quite generous and eager to help us navigate the property and spa amenities

the spa facilities, workout area, and pool were exceptional

only complaint i could think of, was the fact that they only have an outdoor pool, but that isn't a big deal
