(-)room was above the bar n thursday tru sat the music was loud if you had to wake up early in the morning it was a (+) great restaurant and bar area, pleasant staff

we didn't use the spa but it was nice knowing it was available

the bar and tavern area also offers awesome lunch items and full bar

my wife and i chose to eat in the bar, some staff members seemed inconvenienced that folks were patronizing the bar and restaurant

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

the mini bar kitchen was cute and the extra sink was a plus

we did not go to the kitchen

kitchen are was stove top over small refrigerator

there is a little kitchen nook, that would have been more appropriate

central location in a cute town. public parking on the street was always available.

breakfast exceeds what's offered at other best western hotels ,and the spa tub bathroom is the best i've seen and better priced then other bestestern plus hotels

they also have a shuttle (not sure where it goes as i didn't use it) (*)overall very good. shuttle very good. i d return. only suggestion is drain in tub/shower slow. (+)the shuttle driver hung around until we left baggage claim (+) it was only an 8 minute walk to the white plains hospital and they also offer a shuttle service (+)is great, staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle service from airport was perfect (+) great shuttle service to and from the white plains airport (+)very responsive staff, very conveniently located. airport shuttle to hpn (+)bed is very comfortable, great location in downtown white plains, and the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus (-)only drawback was that i was told the shuttle would pick me up even though i told them the time (i came in late) and was assured it (-)shuttle service was not available past 12am

staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms are very clean and the swimming pool is a nice touch

in the corredor with kids and people talking late night , dog barking and kids running in

mall, whole foods and cheesecake factory which especially comes in handy for families who have kids(s)
