room was a little smaller than we expected as it was a pull out couch for kids but we only there 1 night so it was fine and kids loved it

30 on a sunday morning by the laundry staff collecting laundry bins right next to our bedroom window

the room was on the ground floor but to get there we had to get past the laundry unload which was like an assault course

also, i wanted to order food on our first night up for room service, and to have water as well as we were partched

luckily there is room service and i had a room with a bathtub and the layout overall was just comfortable and

i include the receptionsists, the staff at the bar and the staff who clean the room

we needed the parking space as edinburgh has a low emissions zone and this hotel was the closest we could get to

were lucky to get a parking space on arrival but after going back out in our car in the evening we needed to park on

i can understand the bathroom bin having to be small but the kitchen bin could be bigger / with more bags provided

the rooms are spotless as is the whole hotel, with the added benefit of a mini kitchen you can save a little making your own drinks and snacks
