property is beautiful, spacious and well served with a pool and spa

a pile of dirty laundry (with food and glass) was left in front of our room throughout the whole stay (-) my room was outside the laundry or garbage area so a little noisy with staff coming and going (+) otherwise noise from the exterior laundry storage/delivery area was invasive (-) the rooms are small, walls need painting, terrible view to some courtyard with dirty laundry baskets, plastic covering rattling in the wind all the time

room was spacious and well appointed

perfect place for families as there is a pool, sauna, gym and hamam which you can use free

the room was on the ground floor but to get there we had to get past the laundry unload which was like an assault course

card only bar though this seems to be a thing in most places now

loved the mini kitchen and it was digs by arrangement which was great

kind, we got an early check in which we didn't expect at all, we just wanted to leave our luggage to easily explore

the rooms are spotless as is the whole hotel, with the added benefit of a mini kitchen you can save a little making your own drinks and snacks

that even though i was staying with a friend i can also see myself staying there with my wife and kids

suspect they were training new staff the night we decided to have drinks at the rooftop bar, the orders were mixed up, the drinks were not really that good (better at the bar hotel on

the staff were super helpful and were able to get us an early check in which was incredibly helpful

there is a gym but we didn't use it

we also went to their bar a bit further the road - nice and quiet, 20% off on food for the guests

we have two very young kids and it was great for them too
