i liked the bed, which was comfortable. i liked that there was no pet fee. staff was friendly.

staff, prompt room service, clean room (and a super cool layout) (-)hotel advertised having room service and when i was ready to order food they said they didn t offer it anymore and i (+) it was also great that there was no room service unless you ask for it (-) slow room service and sometimes with the wrong dish (i didn't change it because of the delay, but i (-)ordered room service, a caesar salad and roasted brussel sprouts at about 4:00 pm (-) for the coat of the accommodation i would expect at daily room service as used to be the case in any hotel i have stayed

the bar soap doesn't lather well or rinse easily

breakfast was simple- hot eggs, sausage patties, tots and pancakes along with other cold staples

were constantly coming in to breakfast room to help themselves to breakfast the kitchen door was always open so lobby smells of cooking

laundry on site was an excellent surprise also

throughout and the area around my room 133 permanently strewn with housekeeping carts and dirty laundry trolleys throughout my stay which was ironic as they only cleaned rooms every 3 days and

google maps shows a pool. this is false advertisement, there is no pool.
