the fact that you waved the pet fee for our caged bird was a huge factor in choosing your hotel.

quite a surprise when i received my statement online after chekcking out and was charged a $100 pet fee

additional charges made to my card i paid for my room through booking, paid a non refundable pet fee at check in and i have a $200 charge directly from sheraton, this is the second time i book
