woken at 8 on a sunday to reverse beeper on laundry truck, and being woken at 7am following day by artic reversing

staff were loading/unloading carts of laundry on sunday morning just next to the room, making it impossible to

maintenance team then at 7am on the same sunday we were right next to the loading bay for the laundry truck

we got woken up at 7am from the cleaning ladies opening the laundry cupboard next to our room and shouting

service doir all left open showing dirty laundry

henry the hoover and housekeeping laundry left over from room changing and left overnight in hall way

we also only couldn't get the bath water hotter than lukewarm and sadly our spa treatments were cancelled last

we had a room where the wifi didn t work so we were offered another room which was very small!
