bedroom's location we were assigned inside the hotel looked like an area for members of staff or laundry area,

wifi in rooms, didn't bother us but might have be an issue for others

plonking ourselves down in the bar and enjoying a drink after a day out was superb

staff were lovely and parking so convenient

sea views, easy parking and friendly staff.

the room service could have been a little more efficient (in terms of speed of service), in-house laundry was

bed was very comfortable the staff very efficient and friendly, the room service not expensive and the food

the gym has a good range of equipment

spa was great too, staff friendly and helpful and the treasure trail for kids was a lovely

before and each time it exceeds expectations , from paige, kaiden and mark front of house and bar who were

emergency exit doors used as storage facility for ironing boards, irons, crockery, laundry

on spa inside pool and jaquzzi could be kids separate.

the gym - cramped, old machines, couldn't see any hand sanitiser, one treadmill, one bike etc.

the kids club is next to none

facilities, proximity to charlestown pubs, exquisite dining (excellent dinner) good breakfast the ev chargers,

free ev charging in car park for upto 4 ev's at the same time

everything was amazing, rooms were so clean and fittings were top notch. breakfast was amazing

so for dinner we relied on room service and the food was really good as well

a bit disorganised, didn t try seem to have enough staff on as the same staff were also doing room service

i asked for some and was told the laundry hadn t delivered them

second day and was confined to bed thereafter; staff were very, very helpful, willingly providing room service

the night we stayed there was only wifi in the main building and the cold tap in the washbasin wasn't working

and the wifi is bad

delay in laundry turn around time - was in fact greater than promised 24 hour service

laundry service - clothes were laundered but returned un-ironed and creased.

of room - a better placed mirror (too dark) and table and/or drawers for getting ready dirty laundry left for

laundry service and a team from housekeeping that keep the hotel spotless

stayed in room 30 and directly below my window all night cages of laundry were being dragged around outside

the food is very nice and fresh especially the cooked breakfast

all was fine. shame don t do a 3 room so i can bring my two kids without another adult

the breakfast was delicious and well presented, and they had a wide range of options to choose from

the food was excellent, lovely bar area where you can stay and have a few drinks, rooms were very clean, beds

breakfast was the best we had ever had in the uk, so many choices and top quality

they also have a laundry service which was fantastic

from the room (we were expecting a front see view) laundry along the walking area always the beds were two

towel was folded and i would guess the problem was missed by laundry

we ask for a blanket for our kids and they dropped a dirty blanket on the floor in front of our door and left

kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub

after the first night, some of our laundry disappeared and never resurfaced

bit noisy early in the morning by the laundry cupboard but did not spoil our stay

but it was a nice welcome thank you good to find help- yourself laundry
