fast wifi, water was hot

we were booked into a caravan nearby with the kids and thought it would be nice if the newly weds had a plush

room was clean, breakfast great, location and views were excellent and parking was great

traditional coaching inn, right in the centre of bude with free parking

breakfast lovely too

the dinner and breakfast were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect

great wifi, even in the rooms, with big tv's, coffee pod machine, stunning bathroom

free ev charging in car park for upto 4 ev's at the same time

even the gym was exceptional with state of the art equipment, chilled water and towels

everything except the food. the laundry was a bonus.

there is a laundry, water machine in corridor and breakfast is nice

also we were treated to free tokens for the laundry, which was kind and free parking

all the little perks, the laundry system, the maintainence guys and complimentary muffins

guest laundry only 4 for wash and

had previously confirmed via email that there would be self laundry facilities, but they didn't exist

think our room was near a laundry room

also leaking tea pots at breakfast on both days

gym facilities were in an odd location , felt like going down to a dungeon , crowded with equipment

the bedroom a laundry and dry cleaning service available

foreigners can become british citizens to, that we work hard to be able to go on breaks with 3 kids, and no

breakfast was great-full english and plenty for the kids

didn t have time to use the gym or pool as we went out

the breakfast was nice but a little expensive, especially for the kids who don t eat a lot

large room superb facilities. unfortunately too tired to use them. breakfast good. free parking.

young lady on reception was new, and she was fantastic in making sure our kids had everything they needed

the room was lovely with good views over the golf course

we decided to get room service one evening and had our a la carte dinner delivered to our room too

reception staff went above and beyond to ensure laundry service was available over the holiday

although service life was shown was not available in the morning due to being full of laundry

noisy inside ithink my room was above the laundry room

a birthday cake we brought with us in their stage fridge and welcomed my family members into the bar for drinks

of the public rooms and corridors were much appreciated as were the generous sofas in the bar area

the bathroom was tired and definitely in need of a little tlc laundry despite being advertised was unavailable

were put in the rooms outside of the castle which was disappointing, rubbish and laundry from previous guests

freeview channels were missing, the wifi was also poor in our area at times

to shops, bars and restaurants and i recommend the superior upgrade for the early check in and late check out

hotel coped very well with us having a pet -evening meal served in the bar with our dog and breakfast

well placed, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast

g, usb ports in the sockets, wifi, walk in shower, bath robes and lovely big double bed

spotless, beautiful decor, great staff and a beautiful cooked breakfast, in a lovely breakfast area

wifi not great - bit slow and dropped out once or twice when e-mailing whilst reviewing large files

bathroom in our executive room was tiny, we were right next to the laundry room so at 7am on sunday morning we

the gym was very well equipped, and it was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, and pool

hotel was modern, clean, tidy, pool was great for kids with shallow end

like your welcoming, all facilities, swimming pool, spa, breakfast, room services and all staff helpful

some housekeeping issues, few cobwebs, the odd stain on laundry, mini-bar fridge warm inside (but duly reported

wifi was pathetic, completely useless and there was little or no other data reception 3g only and

main bar area can feel a bit awkward when it s quiet

especially when a party of golfers may have seen more than intended when arriving for their putt

it was rather nice to have a drink in the bar where sir walter raleigh, sir francis drake and the 1st queen

also on a similar vein my room must have been close to the laundry room, because i put some of my things on

the room seemed to be above or close to the laundry and you could hear it most of the night

friendly staff, lovely room, high quality restaurant, plenty of on site parking

parking was excellent, room was luxurious

perhaps a few more facilities? a small spa would be a great addition.
