this hotel has thought of everything: -there is laundry facilities, -special beach towels to take to the beach

the room service could have been a little more efficient (in terms of speed of service), in-house laundry was

ordered room service and the food and presentation was really good

swimming pool lovely for the kids and also relaxing lodges were spacious

spa was great too, staff friendly and helpful and the treasure trail for kids was a lovely

bedroom's location we were assigned inside the hotel looked like an area for members of staff or laundry area,

the wife and kids loved it

the road was very quiet and led to a golf course, nearby harbour town and to the outskirts of st austell

views over the coast were beautiful. bed good size. kids room was perfect. staff very friendly.

7 bedroom hotel on the harbour, recently refurbished, the lounge and breakfast room recreate the atmosphere of

great breakfast & very nice

not always someone sitting at the front desk but you can walk over to the bar area and easily find a staff

only thing i could think of is they need a password for the wifi.
