laundry service and a team from housekeeping that keep the hotel spotless

of room - a better placed mirror (too dark) and table and/or drawers for getting ready dirty laundry left for

stayed in room 30 and directly below my window all night cages of laundry were being dragged around outside

delay in laundry turn around time - was in fact greater than promised 24 hour service

laundry service - clothes were laundered but returned un-ironed and creased.

i say everything because we wanted to do some laundry but there wasn't

rooms too hot to sleep in, especially the penventon suite situated above the laundry

were quite a few families with small kids yet the pool was allowed for kids only between 7-10am (coinciding with

free wifi and nice lounge areas

this was by the pool i was barefoot but staff were lovely gave me done

the room we had was very hot (think it may of been above kitchen or laundry

parking was a bit stressful when we first got there, but managed to find a spot in the end.

we may have been over some laundry room or similar as radiator was off whole time and november stay

there was no card in the room with wifi or breakfast timings and no one to ask

it s a rare occasion to get 2nights away from our your kids so really banked on getting 2 very good nights

used the hotels ev chargers, and i have never paid so much as i did here - 1

the breakfast was too class but the dinners were outstanding

is in the side-street then i needn't have got so wet while struggling to open the door to the bar area and

live music in the bar is a fun added touch as is the secret cinema with fully reclining seats
