i had to walk around piles of laundry on the floor when i left

i hear the pool and hot tub were excellent and breakfast was available in the am

wifi kept dropping which was frustrating as you had to sign in again

the wifi wasn t working, but or stay was just overnight so this wasn t critical for us

i booked the hotel for this reason, to enjoy the pool with my kids and i couldn't

burned the eyes and kids couldn’t stand it for very long

you had to go next door to the sister hotel for ice and laundry services, which is inconvenient

no laundry but was able to go next door to homewood suites.

had to add our pet at the last minute and contacted the hotel; they helped us with our issue without a hitch
