sometimes it is hard to find pet friendly hotels, this was a pleasure

lovely hotel with pool. friendly helpful staff. relaxing place to stay.

just a wee suggestion that the room off the bar could be made more comfy with sofas around the fire etc

we were offered free round on second occasion and free laundry on first occasion - might have been better to

additionally, the hotel does not offer laundry services, which was disappointing and inconvenient

i found the fresh laundry had a dirty footmark on it, and had a rip and when i reported it, we were moved to

the cleaners left a pile of dirty laundry outside our room, this had to be addressed a couple of times after

the room was on the ground floor but to get there we had to get past the laundry unload which was like an assault

trolleys of laundry and other housekeeping items all piled up

and prices are higher, but to try and stick me and my husband in the basement room next to filthy laundry,

30 on a sunday morning by the laundry staff collecting laundry bins right next to our bedroom window

challenging , we arrived at 10am and didn t get to the room until 1pm, this was considered an early check in

hairdryer didn t work and the kitchen door alarm was faulty, making an annoying beep all through breakfast

the restaurant itself was closed outside of breakfast but the room service is great and offers a lot of good

it was convenient to use the guest laundry

offerings of food, wine, and other comestibles paid on an honesty basis as well as a guest laundry

no room service. but did have a help-yourself area which was great and easy to access.

we requested an early check in as we had a 3am start to our journey from bristol, we checked in and were given

reception staff, clean comfortable room, bar facilities and the food were amazing

and yeah the spa are is terrible, small, fit for reconstruction and with zero hygiene standards
