room service did not change our used towels and checking in took 30 minutes because they didn't

regardless of washing laundry for 18 hours, there is no excuse for providing such a mattress

we were allowed to wash laundry from 6 am-12 as we were relocating from london we couldn't find short-term

love the late check out option and air con in the room, was great having the heat turned up through the

stay, was able to use the swimming pool and sauna/steam room
