i did sleep well which was good and the room service food was good

breakfast was delicious

breakfast, plenty of variety to choose from the continental with hot food breakfast menu, great

lack of parking, limited room service (but understandable)

and our room was quiet (away from the functions) despite being above the laundry entrance

was in the room next to the service area so i was woken up by the laundry lorry at about 06

view from our room are stocks of linens for laundry

the spa part also helped me relax

could do with more car parking spaces.

unfortunately woken early as on the same floor as laundry and

rooms well equipped and very good wifi

was excellent and a good choice and not expensive room was very clean and comfortable with good parking close

property has had a revamp in their reception area and downstairs bar area which is an improvement

the food was mediocre in the evening but the breakfast was delicious and well presented

swimming pool was probably the best hotel pool i havce been in, very clean long and great contemporary

first class swimming pool, spa, gym and the spa garden which had a hot pool

before top floor it was beautiful this one was a basement room dark and dingy with staff pushing laundry past

room was lovely inside just the view was a wall and we were right next to the laundry which you could hear all

plenty of parking to the side and rear of the property

the licals who used the gym/spa gave us loads of recommendations too

extra little pieces like the mini golf and access to gym

was an awful smell in the reception area possibly from the drains or dirty laundry, which spoilt the

window next to laundry trollies so got woken up both mornings

another issue was my laundry that was basically forgotten for a day

so i had to go down and queue for room service

convenient, gym, comfortable

would have preferred not to be woken at 6.45am by noise of laundry being collected!

our room had tea making facilities, a nespresso coffee machine, tv, iron, hairdryer, etc, and the wifi was good

stayed in 2 rooms. wifi in 2nd was poor. parking limited (though we were lucky!).ensuite cold.

also, neither of the hydra ev chargers worked

had chosen to stay here mainly for the benefit of the ev charger to break up our journey overnight, from scotland

wifi didnt work in the room was the only issue restaraunt was shut for evening meals due to chef

kitchen noise

we had a lovely dinner in the bar - fish and chips highly recommended

we were allowed to wash laundry from 6 am-12 as we were relocating from london we couldn't find short-term

regardless of washing laundry for 18 hours, there is no excuse for providing such a mattress

the room was small but perfect for what i needed, and wifi access was good as well

one very minor downside is there s no off road parking and we had to find a space the first night on a

very friendly and welcoming, comfy bed, wifi and sky tv a bonus

the roomsare a good size and comfortable, and the bar and restaurant welcoming and comfortable

little point went into bar asked for a bottle of malbec but didn t have one but it was on drinks list

room was luxurious and breakfast was amazing - great variety

room at the back turned out to be above the hotel s laundry facility which went on all through the night

really a problem, but i was amused that the slip i filled out for the laundry service didn t seem to recognize

on day four we discovered the hotel does not have a self-service laundry and there is no public self-laundry

the lifts were out of order and it lacked facilities like a spa or gym.

the hotel was very unique and quirky in the rooms, very clean and the breakfast was lovely it was also my

great location, very good wifi and great hot water

only issue i had was that the wifi didn't reach my bedroom, but for most of the day it was easy to use the wifi

the bar has a great atmosphere we will definitely be

lovely bar downstairs with great cocktails, and the manager is a lovely chap

room was very small and there was no wifi in my room but as i was only staying one night it wasn't too much of

the bathroom had inadequate laundry supplies and we arrived to find only half a toilet roll

- no shampoo in room, could not adjust room temperature, inconsistent messages from staff about laundry pick-up

easy to request late check out even after we had checked in

also not great when you're trying to relax and lots of kids using jacquizzi and facilities

the price of drinks at the bar were very expensive.
