poor wifi. and my double bed was 2 mattress put together.

wifi was almost nonexistent

with bikes ,and needed a hotel that we could store them ,very helpful stored them in the laundry room ,even when

the room was great, the location was fantastic, there was even a laundry on the next block

good standard of accommodation, clean and fresh laundry

the manager help accommodate for early check in and to store my bags for the day before i caught my train

at checkin, we were not informed by staff of the wifi details

cannot fault anything,though perhaps bar prices could be reviewed

with a 15month old we decided to have room service and the food was excellent

in addition, the wifi password we were given didn't work, there was no shower gel in the shower and no receptionist

free wifi was slow, used a personal hotspot instead.

is nothing not to like about queens hotel although a laundry service would have been helpful
