hotel accommodated us with an early check in

no mirror no shower very poor wifi on top floor fire escape from the room was banging and slamming all night

our only comment would be wifi on devices or tv would be intermitent

room was spotless wifi brilliant nice and quiet area.

there was no heating in mid feb and no tv wifi or breakfast

food was very good, staff very friendly, easy parking, good location

place, great staff, clean throughout, excellent breakfast, very good food, cozy and comfortable rooms

was too much trouble, the food including breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of onsite parking available

building and staff loads if free parking although it gets crowded in evenings as resteraunt is poular breakfast

excellent food both evening and breakfast

only stayed one night but everything was first class, we will be going back, lovely breakfast with good choices

wifi was temperamental noisy road, despite earplugs being offered basic, noisy bed

i had one piece of feedback it was that the wifi was disappointingly intermittent both in the room and in the

bar was empty, no beer available

effort to keep all decor in theme and it works really well all the way through from the bar restaurant to the

bar staff friendly and all good

a well equipped kitchen and loved the molten brown soaps and shower gels

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama s,

welcome pack on arrival or in room with wifi password etc

place to stay and was even offered use of the spa and health club facilities although i was only there for one

large room superb facilities. unfortunately too tired to use them. breakfast good. free parking.

breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly, pool etc were lovely and clean

also on a similar vein my room must have been close to the laundry room, because i put some of my things on

the room seemed to be above or close to the laundry and you could hear it most of the night

perhaps a few more facilities? a small spa would be a great addition.

the gym and spa was excellent and if i would of had time the golf course was right next door

the staff did so much to make it a romantic occasion with red rose petals on the tables

lovely well appointed and quiet room with large double bed and dedicated parking

facilities were great and we were transported to the med with great british views from the pool or terrace and

great views and the outdoor pool is heated

location was excellent and all the sporting facilities, especially the outside pool and mini golf course

grounds are beautifully kept and the spa facilities are 5 star

making restrictions on pool is not fair if u booked hotel only because pool for kids

the wifi was not working very well but to be expected because of the location.

hairs now but some carols or christmassy music in the bar would have been nice, just to get into the christmas

such beautiful landscapes and villages minutes from some very good pubs with excellent food too spa facilities

the weather improved we played golf croquet on the lawn

we enjoyed the spa treatments and although the swimming pool looked

was over the moon there was a laundry to wash and dry my sons royal navy uniform ready to take in the sunday

there is a laundry, water machine in corridor and breakfast is nice

staff excellent and friendly. spacious rooms. guest laundry was a bonus.

also we were treated to free tokens for the laundry, which was kind and free parking

variety of dining / bar spaces for breakfast / drinks /

only downside was the parking, but i understand there is a car park nearby

a car park behind the hotel, down an unmarked drive before you get to the rock inn, to save from parking on the

dogs are allowed in the restaurant. parking is on the village road outside the property.

able to swop our room as i forgot to ask for a bath size of room service v good

there was a charge on our room service bill for bar drinks (we didn't have any)

reception staff at check in were very good, as were the staff who dealt with the room service

it had ev charging, but only 1 socket was easy to work. staff were excellent

wifi worked fine in the lobby but not in the room where strength showed excellent but error rate

to go down to the bar to order room service isn't ideal but the food was yummy and brought up within 20mins so

room service with good food

the entrance had wheel laundry trollies as you enter which remained the whole of my stay

having laundry facilities is a great plus when doing a long trip

was a bit uncomfy, we were in north lodge and lobby house laundry bags for the three days we were there

i had some issues with wifi but the staff were so helpful and this was resolved quickly.

here 3 times now always excellent location is a lovely setting on the river teign breakfast always good and well

it took several attempts to get laundry and room service debris collected from our room

also laundry service was so nice

sauna fine and nice length pool but separate warm jacuzzi would have been better than cold bubbles section at

the outdoor space and games and great indoor rooms made it a perfect half term family break with kids

they clearly aim for an older clientele, and if you are going to accept family bookings and pets then embrace

doors left open in staff areas such as laundry etc was a little odd, the rave music in the bar in the evening

the lounge bar and restaurant are charming and the food both and dinner and breakfast was delicious with a

kids running up and down the corridors..

beautiful spa suite which was the best bit about the experience.

the room though you have a separate room where you can make it and take it to your room or order room service

didn't need the laundry but saw people use it

although they were washed we could spot dogs hair even though our room was not supposed to be pet friendly

second stay here, was exceptionally clean, lovely beds, pool onsite & restaurant good value for money lovely
