also i had the intention of sitting by the pool and readying a book but only one lounger which was

always a lovely place to stay. great central location with parking and a nice swimming pool/gym.

comfortable rooms, awesome food, nothing was too much trouble, cocktail bar staff knowledgeable

friendly staff and early check in.

oh and the bar does great cocktails

it didn't both us too much there were a couple of occasions that we could of done with the wifi code, this wasn

have appreciated: a box of tissues in room; a common tap in the sink; anti-skid bathmat & grab bar in slippery

dirty laundry was left outside someone's room for the duration of our stay

i arrived at 22:15 after a long day my room had not been cleaned and i found the dirty laundry of the previous

waiting for lift, three staff pushed in front with laundry and just left us standing

the room and with the window open it was extremely noisy during the night and especially when the laundry delivery

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

nearby apart from ikea; advertised as sound proofing, however it is not sound proofing, can hear kids shouting

great friendly service. the rooms were nice and clean and the bar is fantastic!

is very convenient for the m5 and exeter, and there are several ev chargers but more will be needed as more

suprised i had to pay for parking though considering the price of staying

we chose the location because of ev charging next door and the central position on a38 within easy reach of

tea and coffee but sadly no biscuit's good lighting fast wifi easy connection

fault i could say is when i used the pool the womens changing room floor was a bit filthy, however the spa in

the entrance had wheel laundry trollies as you enter which remained the whole of my stay

a good distance and there are no paths along the road into kingsteignton so it's not safe with kids to walk into

kids loved the pool but i thought it needed a good clean and the jacuzzi bit was the same

this is a very different type of stop over and we took advantage of pre-dinner drinks in the oak bar and dining

the bed was very high. the continental breakfast was expensive.
