couldn t get hot water in shower walls very thin no generic wifi for tv. no breakfast included

it was a shame the spa was undergoing renovation but that didn't ruin the trip.

was first class for breakfast, evening meal we had was the early dinner 3 course with house wine, great value

new towels were immediately brought up to my room but it made me suspicious of how detailed thier laundry is

would have loved laundry facilities but that s me just grasping at straws. it s excellent

room at the back turned out to be above the hotel s laundry facility which went on all through the night

on day four we discovered the hotel does not have a self-service laundry and there is no public self-laundry

the rotunda bar and grill are great with a nod to high end sense without being stuffy
