the wonderful friendly receptionist immediately offered me a towel to dry myself off and a laundry bag for my

paper thin walls , no facility to change money, no lift no laundry facilities

missing basic items such as do not disturb sign, wifi code, in fact there was no printed matter in the room at

is a modern hotel with great facilities and very helpful staff, the food is top notch and the bar has a great

perfect location for my trip with added bonus of free parking.

laundry service timing is vague and uncertain. makes planning for laundry tricky

room service was on point and staff were lovely

since my last year 2 years ago they had changed how breakfast is served, was table service previously now it

i had two suitcases and 2 kids and no way of getting them from the car park to the building safely as my kids

everything apart from not being able to use disability parking as they were full

as stairs and staff cupboard was near our room and the noise from the trolley going past with laundry beneath

were given a room near the laundry which we thought would have been a bit of a nuisance although it turned out

it is so dirty, has a damp smell, the storage room for the laundry was open, and the door for the leisure centre

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

minor annoyance was that once ready for bed i couldn't find a wifi code in the room although in brochure said

wifi, iron and iron board, hairdryer, fridge, kettle, and an excellent tea and coffee tray

the spa bathroom which was mentioned was not working.

for early check in and i got it no problem i couldn’t have been more grateful for the help thank

also no privacy in back room as it s near the laundry for the staff to enter and i got a fright when getting

on arrival past the checkin time we were surrounded with laundry bags and trolleys and this was the case every

spacious room for a family which we accessed outside the hotel near the laundry area

we could also hear what sounded like laundry equipment below/nearby the room during the night time period

we had a lot of laundry piled up outside our room for a lot of our stay.

we went out to do our laundry and the dryer failed to work

staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great and the rustic ambiance in the bar/dining room

the breakfast was excellent, both uncooked and cooked, with the presentation far exceeding some of the

breakfast and dinner very tasty and nice table in bar lounge next to dining room as were with our dog

thing was my room was above the bar so a little noisy and i think near the laundry i kept hearing a noise like

we brought our pet dog along and were made very welcome

hotel was spotless clean the room was big and the bar and restaurant were very nice as a cosy feel would defo

freshly prepared breakfast was excellent. room spacious and very clean and modern

excellent room service meal

location was perfect, plenty of parking and near the beach

we chose this lodging for its proximity to our day of golf in the area

there was also a large park and golf club nearby

our breakfast was lovely and staff were all fresh and bubbly

breakfast in morning was exceptional and kept me going all day

they allow pets to stay, and provide an excellent dog wash for after those beach days

apartment was spacious and the kitchen was very useful

the kitchen space had everything you needed for the short break away, 2 ring hob, full size fridge &

light not working on mirror in bathroom looks like there is a leak in bathroom had to go ask for wifi codes no

information in room informing you of room service and breakfast times

breakfast not before 8.15 am so not convenient for early golfer or business people

is the most pet friendly hotel i ve ever been to, lovely touches like a dog map, towels, and a bowl of dog

we were in a room this time across from the laundry which i have to say is very very noisy so early in the

noise in my room was loud at all hours must have been a laundry room next door or underneath

laundry cart (full of used sheets) was left outside our room for the duration of our stay

laundry room doors were left lying open which was a bit unsightly

the noise from the laundry was consistent and very annoying, the towel rail wall brackets were loose and one

hotel but noise level from laundry room (2 doors up) spoiled stay

staff, food, facilities were all fantastic, kids loved it, the room was spotless and the view from it was

up and down the beach the gardens were lovely and well kept the lifts were very prompt you get wifi access and

staff very friendly and room immaculate, lovely pool

the cafe is 10 out of 10 the facilities for us and the kids 10 out of 10 great value
