liked using the pool

was an indoor pool and gym on site but if you wanted to use them you had to book by the hour

bathroom could do with a bit of updating, as shower wasn t great water kept going cold and wifi wasn t

spa was nice and the pool was lovely and warm

great location, great parking, great room, great staff.

friendly staff very clean we had a balcony room which was great free wifi that worked

good budget option, but i was alloted same room with slow or no wifi

the tv worked fine but the wifi was dipped out every now and again

the hotel says it has wifi but the wifi signal was so poor it was unusable

also room service didn t arrive at my room after explaining that i had an issue with the tv

this was a bit concerning for us as we unfortunately have a few major pet allergy sufferers in our extended

room service is not attentive enough

gym was a bit sparse and small, a swimming pool would be a good addition, the parking for paying

hotel needs updating: faced with 2ft pile of laundry in hallway when leaving lift on 2nd floor upon arrival

the en-suite bathroom had a corner cut out to make room for a laundry cupboard

was no wifi signal/ mobile data signal on any of level three, the management could please look at

the games rooms, the pool and the gym are a great way to spend time on a cold day

mhch trouble also had a laundry facilities on site for a small charge which was a plus, nice extras was in the

there is only one laundry room for common use and will be charged if you stay less than 7 days.

we really appreciated the free on-site parking - enough for all the guests

there was ample parking, and there is a small bar at the hotel, lovely gardens with seating too

it has a small bar area which is nice for a late drink if you want it

hotel is in lovely grounds with plenty of parking which is a must these days

was situated above the laundry room which was active until 2:45 in the morning, when i mentioned it to the

adjacent is a two story building which seems to be the laundry facility come store room

the pool, good size too shame we couldn't use the changing rooms as they should be used due to covid

excellent location good sized rooms good wifi.

best of all we have never been in an 'adults only' hotel and found this suited us very well

looked like trolleys of laundry being taken out and staff talking loudly

we were put in a room ( 149 ) sounded like it was above a laundry room early morning.

an amazing little spa and great entertainment put on in the evening.

had to ask reception to get a huge bag of dirty laundry from a wedding that had been a trip hazard for two days

staff were not nice our room wasn t cleaned on sat liking out over bins and laundry staff coming to work

the road access is very steep. not much parking

we loved the kitchen area and the lounge area

spa had limited bookings, you need to book in advance and there was no access to the hydro pool/ sauna without

the entrance had wheel laundry trollies as you enter which remained the whole of my stay

having laundry facilities is a great plus when doing a long trip

was a bit uncomfy, we were in north lodge and lobby house laundry bags for the three days we were there

apartment was spacious, it was great having the option of self catering, local take-aways or room service for

staff were fantastic and helpful with the exception of 1 individual - male - who was on bar duty on the friday

a well equipped kitchen and loved the molten brown soaps and shower gels

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama s,

i did have a view of the laundry bins from one window but i just looked out of the other window instead

interrupted by either the air conditioning going off loudly every 10 minutes, or staff pushing laundry trolleys

a great location and atmosphere pool was lovely also

all in all, excellent value for money, and the icing on the cake was that the hotel is super pet friendly

the room on behalf of my mum for a stay over christmas, it was a lovely well decorated, pet friendly room

the weather! the bedside lights were a joke no wifi in the bedrooms (unless you paid extra!)

cant fault the place the carvery is fantastic, the bar well stocked with great tasting ales

was an outside bar area mexican themed which was brilliant - the bar staff made us a fabulous aperol spritz

i didn't like staying in the bungalow we could hear the noise from the laundry room all night.

stay as usual, except could do with some light music in the background at breakfast

the staff made room for us in the bar area after our meal which was really nice

only downside was the parking, but i understand there is a car park nearby

was lovely and great views to the estuary & we especially enjoyed eating in the pool bar/restaurant

the young man working the bar was great fun and determined to provide the best bloody mary cocktail he could

we had a fabulous evening entertainment with the shanty men, in the pool house restaurant, along with an

great food and drink. very friendly staff. great breakfast.

parking facilities were excellent the staff was welcoming and excellent the showers were excellent
