i did have a view of the laundry bins from one window but i just looked out of the other window instead

interrupted by either the air conditioning going off loudly every 10 minutes, or staff pushing laundry trolleys

it was a shame that the swimming pool wasn t working

totally accommodating to pet dogs

no wifi in rooms (available in bar & lounge). decor a bit dated.

service perhaps a little slow and wifi not great. but not enough to spoil a most enjoyable stay.

i had to go to the bar in the middle of the meal and was given an unopened bottle of extremely expensive rioja

the table next to us told us that they had to go into the kitchen themselves to get items

to get served at the bar we had to attract someone s attention, no coordination

the dinner was outstanding bar not enough grouse in the a la carte menu!!

the head chef jordan denning was great when we were shown around the kitchen and pass and gave us time even

i do find at breakfast it is extremely quiet not much ambience you feel as though your neighbouring table

staff were all very helpful and polite. even making special nonalcoholic cocktails for the kids

and helpful staff with just the right facilities for a most enjoyable stay, pool staff also most helpful and

staff, nice atmosphere, wide range of food at breakfast, spacious bathroom, good wifi, lovely location, great

great facilities, especially the two swimming pools and the recently refurbished gym.

we were put in a room ( 149 ) sounded like it was above a laundry room early morning.
