panel meant any light in bathroom flooded bedroom with light, so could not leave a light on for kids and when

nearby apart from ikea; advertised as sound proofing, however it is not sound proofing, can hear kids shouting

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

there is also a nice bar area

good customer service from thierry, betty and the australian night manager and the bar tender and waitress where

piles of laundry, delivery of bottled water even turned up and was stored in the hallway, temporarily

room service food left a lot to be desired, staff clearly over worked in this area.

it didn't both us too much there were a couple of occasions that we could of done with the wifi code, this wasn

amazing service, a lovely bar and conservatory with a log burner to chill out next too

the bar area is really contemporary and was buzzing on the saturday evening we visited and certainly

friendly staff and early check in.

oh and the bar does great cocktails

although there was a small con with my laundry initially someone forgot to send it to the laundrette this

was really busy at breakfast on the sunday morning and we had to wait for a table

filling full of ale flavour and beef, instead a 35 min wait for a meal i would prepare for the kids if i was

waiting for lift, three staff pushed in front with laundry and just left us standing

the room and with the window open it was extremely noisy during the night and especially when the laundry delivery

i arrived at 22:15 after a long day my room had not been cleaned and i found the dirty laundry of the previous

we also had the laundry trolleys being serviced outside our window

only small comment i would add is that the resturant in the evening felt like the snack bar during the day even

i loved the swimming pool. i swam every day. definitely 5star rating
