a hotel that promotes itself as a child friendly destination, they should have offered basic laundry facilities

the outdoor pool was too busy to go in as full of families and little kids but can’t blame them for enjoying

staff went beyond there duties to accommodate our needs and special laundry request on arrival due to my wife

whilst at breakfast the laundry staff went into the room and replaced water and took away the soap this was an
