the only simple improvement i d love in any/all hotels is adding a coin operated laundry as families often

our room was decorated with petals and towel decoration as well as cakes and complimentary drinks to celebrate

difficulty getting access to wifi

restaurant seemed pretty empty but there wasn t a table until too late for us as we have young kids

mistakenly took my personal towel from the room but that was ok since i found it from their laundry bag but then

laundry was not clean, it was kept folded on a shelf, it was smelly, the one left in the washroom,

beds were comfy but not the kids one

the sofa beds are not that comfy for adult/teen, kids can survive

it could offer room service, however i do understand the staffing and issues, this creates.
