wifi needs improving

to our needs of early check in got 3 rooms ready for us guests who were attending a wedding

wifi was too slow restaurant was overpriced not enough plug sockets in the room room too hot needs

hotel wifi was not available during breakfast

ev charger available. large clean rooms, reasonably priced drinks and very tasty food available.

issue was our room was extremely hot,i think we were above the kitchen,we opened the window all night but still

also kitchen serving staff noisy chatting outside and leaving with cars at night

maybe we were over the kitchen

first room 428 was very dark and possible noise from laundry area, i asked to change rooms and eventually upgraded

they were moving big trolleys of dirty laundry from 07:30 which made a terrible noise and

in at 2am and juan was amazing, he made us feel so welcome and the kids loved their activity packs

building has lots of character and rooms were nice and easy accessible with plenty of parking

room was so hot i was please they did room service, but was shocked that they charged me 18 for scrambled egg

t have dinner at the hotel as the meals were a little pricey and i was unsure if there was a kids menu

issue we had was the bar had absolutely no juice at all for kids to have a drink or for mixers had to go to

also the bar prices were a bit steep, i realise hotels are normally more expensive but this was a bit too

we travelled with a baby, and there is an onsite laundry which would come in handy if required
