was amazing staff were apologetic about bedding and changed this straight away - problem with the laundry

liked the location we were given of the courtroom as we had our pet dog with us so able to let

place in the main room and not part of the bathroom, so it was a bit noisy for the sleeping kids if we needed

and there are so many other parking places for delightful walks quite near to the speech house - and the boar

with a large, warm fire in the fireplace and the christmas decorations, the room was beautiful

the hotel is very clean, it has a bar and a restaurant (we didnt use) it has a beautiful garden which we had

we relaxed in the pleasant roomy garden and bar for a few hours before going out and were made welcome

wifi in the rooms were hit and miss

the wifi didnt work i couldnt connect while there but it was free.

there is a wood burner fire place, smart tv, as well as kitchen facilities including a washer/dryer which came

the facilities i found were outstanding, the swimming pool sauna steam room gym and the staff went beyond their

steam swimmimg gym

the spa is a nice bonus on our stay

on one afternoon, i went to work in the bar area and there was a large group of staff chatting and laughing

the carpets were filthy, the place smelled, the laundry was dirty and the plumbing was impossible it was

plenty of parking

we arrived and could not dine in the restaurant on sunday, the kitchen did do us a lovely in room service dinner

no view just backed on to staffs shed/ laundry room

beautiful grounds, however room was very dated and very standard, outside our room there was the laundry room

hotel has a lovely feel to it, the initial greet from reception set the bar for my stay

the bar staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive

the spa was so relaxing (2nd visit we timed with the no kids times to relax more)

like being kept awake by the banging of the door as i was next to the cleaning/laundry room

being next door to the on site laundry room. it was really loud.

advice i'd give is we were initially going to have the bar menu rather than al carte, however we only got the

arrival, the staff greeted us at the bar

the restaurant and bar are decorated nicely, are very welcoming and the attention to detail is fabulous

room wasn't as booked and outside room was laundry bins and noisy

heating noisy , floor boards in room and corridor loose and noisy , noise from kitchen and laundry staff,

had a view of the bins at the back, and i was awoken at 7am to the laundry cages being dragged past

a beautiful room and location only issues for me were wifi and reception on my phone (ee network) they do mention

food served was delicious, the evening meal menu didn't match the choice or value of the generous breakfast

the breakfast tables were perfectly clean but the surface felt slightly sticky
