western hotel, which i promptly signed, made full use of swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and spa , felt so good

annoying you have to pay for carpark and the pool/ spa area could definently do with a refresh / upgrade

in room - under bed not hoovered - a shaven beard hair on the sink unit - bottom sheet still had laundry label

tired, derelict which is off putting, sheets and towels hanging over and out of the fence in the laundry and

golfers going for a drink took all places close to hotel and we had to carry are bags from the laundry building

stairs leading up narrow and cans of water and laundry left at bottom of hallway

the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to scratch either, food plates and dirty laundry was left throughout

they also had the secure locked outer door wedged open with a laundry basket
