i was accommodated with early and late check out

good location for us. great parking. fast elevators. nice staff.

staff greeting us and the staff at breakfast was incredible

we even ask to do a late check out because of an issue with my daughter surgery and they let us at no extra cost

in hallway and someone knocking on our doors up until 11:15pm - assuming it was kids as there were a lot of families in the lobby when we checked

noise of the hotel we were under some sort of kids party bumping and jumping 2 nights straight

they were so kind and allowed my husband and son to do a late check out, so they had somewhere to comfortable to wait as my procedure was 7 hrs

pool was unavailable , and the key entry from the outdoor space did not work

was not great and sad the hot tub was non functioning as that is why we chose that hotel for the kids

the fitness room didnt have any weights and the pool was dirty

a lot of kids running around all day and night

late check out time of 2pm was awesome

total stay for 1 night and late check out was $125

not do late check out ; hotel turn water off did not notify us

and the long walk to my room had me thinking about a change room request but i figured our tge parking situation that put me very close to my room

he apparently didn't have a cash box to even open any part of the bar and no light snacks available

i enjoyed working out in the gym as well

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage

i had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge

convenience to cleveland clinic was awesome. and the late check out was what we needed.

keeping walking in my room after i put in late check out this is 2nd time i also had a do not disturb sign

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus
