the travel websites say there's a restaurant, bar ,gym,, spa, room service, but i've never encountered any of those

at check out we asked for a late check out but since our room was already booked for that night we couldn’t stay later

they were so kind and allowed my husband and son to do a late check out, so they had somewhere to comfortable to wait as my procedure was 7 hrs

also,at one point very loud kids at pool un attented by a parent for long periods at a time n all hours even at 630 am

pool was small and jacuzzi was broke!! pool had like 25 kids in it and no towels

the gym was not ideal. the breakfast could have been better.
