the pool area was a great we had it all to ourselves

i used the gym on the first floor, and there was also a pool i'd love to try if the weather is warmer

the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very good

we even ask to do a late check out because of an issue with my daughter surgery and they let us at no extra cost

also, the breakfast bar was a nice extra, and it was kept well-stocked with fresh food (cereal, bread,

was able to do our laundry, that was so helpful

refunded my money when laundry room wasn’t stocked w/ soap

i was accommodated with early and late check out

fitness center was not lit up during the first night of our stay and i didn't even know the hotel

gave us a late check out which saved the day as our plans were changed unexpectedly and i am so thankful

people on the floor above made a lot of noise kids running around jumping off the beds that caused a lot of noise in our room

the swimming pool was close, but we had the opportunity to swim over at lifetime fitness.

they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

they were awesome, will stay there again! generous late check out.

the breakfast was really nice, from the hot food to the cereals, waffles, beverages and coffee

the only thing that i didn't like was how bright the lights were, ,limited options for the kitchen lighting

they were very accommodating about late check out and anything we needed

i loved that there was a bar on site as well

liked how the one of the breakfast attendants offered to make me bacon tomorrow :) oh yeah, great gym: more bonus points for the peloton

we got in late, but the bar and kitchen was still open so we could have dinner
