they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

the pool was well kept

clean with kitchen amenities. great location.

breakfast bar wasn't fully open or the pool

the breakfast was more than adequate and good value

total stay for 1 night and late check out was $125

not do late check out ; hotel turn water off did not notify us

late check out time of 2pm was awesome

things i was less than happy about: the pool area was closed for upgrades

in refillable container like some gyms

we we re able to get early check in and late check out which was a huge help and the staff is polite and friendly

keeping walking in my room after i put in late check out this is 2nd time i also had a do not disturb sign

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage

i had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus

breakfast area was hard to find

i asked about the hotel shuttle, the response was 'it goes to the hospital'

they were very accommodating about late check out and anything we needed

gave us a late check out which saved the day as our plans were changed unexpectedly and i am so thankful

we were awoken very early by kids talking and running down the hall

i wish the bar would open earlier and add a menu

noise of the hotel we were under some sort of kids party bumping and jumping 2 nights straight

smell and cleanliness, pool table, places to lounge and talk, the bar and live music !

arrived very late but the staff was friendly and made check-in fast and easy

wifi did not work on the 1st floor. informed people at front desk but they seemed confused.

the guy across from us stayed in the hallway with his huge dog for a good 20 minutes and my kids didn't want to come out until he finally left the floor
