gave us a late check out which saved the day as our plans were changed unexpectedly and i am so thankful

get to enjoy the pool , nor breakfast when i purchased it with my stay my first day customer service was

aloft was clean and comfortable. great location for us to visit family and get to the gym.

the hotel is very well designed, the staff was amazing, and having the bar on site is prefect.

i was accommodated with early and late check out

the suite was also very spacious and the kitchenette was very well designed and clean

the kitchenette was well equipped for a weekend staycation

clean and comfortable rooms and one of the best breakfast that i've had at a hotel

they were very accommodating about late check out and anything we needed

close to cleveland clinic and university circle and free breakfast

breakfast ended at 9:30am instead of 10:00am.

they were so kind and allowed my husband and son to do a late check out, so they had somewhere to comfortable to wait as my procedure was 7 hrs

pool was small and jacuzzi was broke!! pool had like 25 kids in it and no towels

pool was unavailable , and the key entry from the outdoor space did not work

the entire hotel seemed to be clean and orderly, as was the swimming pool and hot tub area.

15 unsupervised small kids at the pool. loud bangs on the wall at 330am

keeping walking in my room after i put in late check out this is 2nd time i also had a do not disturb sign

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage

we we re able to get early check in and late check out which was a huge help and the staff is polite and friendly

i had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge

convenience to cleveland clinic was awesome. and the late check out was what we needed.

total stay for 1 night and late check out was $125

poolside room and the complimentary cookies

room service ate our donuts while we were out but left the trash

they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

their was no breakfast out the next morning

i wish the pool was open but understand during this pandemic

also pool and gym were both down

i loved that fact that it's very clean. the breakfast was good. and they have a pool.

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

absolutely a fantastic experience. from the check in to the late check out perfect

the fitness center was also dated and quite small

looks like coffee machine in the room and a number of cardio equipment in the fitness centre are lincoln’s contemporaries as well

i also was expecting more weights/resistance equipment in the fitness center

joe at the bar was exceptional...location was key..they got us an early check in as requested.

late check out allowed us to sleep in and not feel rushed

night room service was convenient but would have liked more menu choices

had to scan a bar code for room service food from restaurant downstairs, not able to download program so could not order

we even ask to do a late check out because of an issue with my daughter surgery and they let us at no extra cost

also, the breakfast bar was a nice extra, and it was kept well-stocked with fresh food (cereal, bread,

was able to do our laundry, that was so helpful

if they offer breakfast could be better

refunded my money when laundry room wasn’t stocked w/ soap

pool & hot tub open. also able to get late check out.
