absolutely a fantastic experience. from the check in to the late check out perfect

no fitness center

they even gave us an early check in which was great

joe at the bar was exceptional...location was key..they got us an early check in as requested.

i also was expecting more weights/resistance equipment in the fitness center

late check out allowed us to sleep in and not feel rushed

from the front counter to the gym

the location and the room service was great.

the gym is a private gym attached to the hotel

room service took to long.

the 2 nights and maid walked into our room both mornings even on the last day when i asked for a late check

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

plus we was able to get early check in and late check out so that’s a major plus

location, comfortable beds and great breakfast selection.

allowed early check in, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast...

they let me have late check out because i wasn’t allowed to go to my husbands appointment at the cleveland clinic

that being said, we enjoyed staying in after meetings & spending time together with the kitchen at our disposal

pool needs to be opened, fire pit was not on.

no towels at the pool

keeping walking in my room after i put in late check out this is 2nd time i also had a do not disturb sign

the front desk was very accommodating with allowing us a late check out and holding our luggage

i had to request a late check out and she was able to extend my check out time free of charge

convenience to cleveland clinic was awesome. and the late check out was what we needed.

arrived very late but the staff was friendly and made check-in fast and easy

there was no laundry facility, had to go to another hotel

fitness center and pool were both large and fairly well equipped

out of order hot tub. out of order door locks and bathroom. out of order elevators. wifi issues

jacuzzi, fitness room

gave us a late check out which saved the day as our plans were changed unexpectedly and i am so thankful

the swimming pool was close, but we had the opportunity to swim over at lifetime fitness.

the hotel is very well designed, the staff was amazing, and having the bar on site is prefect.

aloft was clean and comfortable. great location for us to visit family and get to the gym.

the pool could've been a little deeper but it was cool i still had fun
