room was really nice and tidy and the best thing is they give us early check in and late check out facilities as well highly

locker rooms were not clean the sharkies reef was also dirty room service served a previously used open mustard bottle

sharkies pool is probably one of the best kids pool we ve been to, all very thought through

nice late breakfast and late check out which was fab

the reception and restaurant area has been refurbished the availability of free late check out parking wasn t too expensive decent sized room restaurant food was satisfactory

i requested a late chexk out as we arrived very late at night and theyonly extended for an hour but still in the

check in we asked for late check out and were given a complimentary checkout extension for one

they permitted a late check out free of charge

we asked for an early check in & a late check out, which were both accommodated at no extra charge

the receptionist allowed me to have a late check out when i requested it upon arrival, this was very

so i ended up having to go back downstairs to find out the wifi password as that wasn't given to me in the room or beforehand

wifi could be stronger - i was staying in room 19 and the wifi wasn't very good in that room

the spa is small and intimate just how i like it a hydro pool outside a great gym

great staff great location excellent for parking lovely room and cosy bed, and beautiful hotel decor spa was
