was no water, no heating and no breakfast , through no fault of the hotel, thames water had a major breakdown

very little information on how to obtain the cooked breakfast i had paid for

the reception and restaurant area has been refurbished the availability of free late check out parking wasn t too expensive decent sized room restaurant food was satisfactory

they offered late check out (from 11am extended to 2pm) for 15, i was so happy with this and had no rushing in (+)was offered complementary late check out as i had a late spa appointment which was a very nice touch

room was really nice and tidy and the best thing is they give us early check in and late check out facilities as well highly

as we were going to the darts and i am an ihg memembee which entitles me to and early check late check out and a free drink none of which i got

on the saturday evening about 70 kids arrived in a coach and ran riot until the early hours

kids were not disappointed in the end

breakfast was tasty and they even accommodated a late check out for us which was so appreciated

the kids love the family room with the double bed and lovely bath

i requested a late chexk out as we arrived very late at night and theyonly extended for an hour but still in the

staff on reception waived late check out fee as i hadn't been advised i would be charged so that was kind
