gorgeous remote resort with a stunning pool

had a nice tropical feel with loads of iguanas roaming around - room service good and prompt

one annoying experience with requesting for room service and it took 2 hours but that was just one time

food was delicious and we received constant service for drinks by the pool

the coffee bar is such a nice touch too

there is a perfect shallow beach for kids with the fishes right there

had we know the special breakfast was a sales presentation, we would have declined

the spa available was great went almost every day for the aqua therapy

plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach

the shared airport shuttle may be included but it is horrible

whether trimming palm trees or cleaning the pool, every staff member greeted us with a smile and a friendly

a couple of small points like the gym could be colder and they could consider opening the pizza stand slightly

we didn't really like the pool outside our door

the pool was also located near beach with ocean view

i would suggest the property to build a pool for the guests to cool down when the sargazo hits

swimming pool which in a normal case we wouldn t have needed

price is a bit high. no laundry bags which would be a must for a place of this category.

liked that the rooms were clean, ac worked, room service cleaning was done well and front desk was reliable

pool and shared amenities in the courtyard was a plus

you are allowed to make use of the kitchen which is very usefull

we booked a small room but we re accommodated in the big room with the kitchenette in front of the small pool

i also loved the free fresh coffee in the mornings and the kitchenette and mini fridge in the common space

the pool area is small but nice for a little dip
