the kitchen was well equipped except the coffee maker was only for 2 cups and we had a tough time

we used the gym regularly, and it is in great condition with plenty of equipment

to deal with the unsanitary environment caused by large flocks of birds landing the roofs, snack bar, and restaurants of the resort, eating off plates that were left unattended and pooping

the food was underwhelming, and if you stay for only 1 night, you only get two meals (dinner and breakfast) since you check in after lunch ends

the big signs about 'do not reserve sun beds if you are not in the pool' meant nothing, there is a point in the day where people is having a meal in the restaurant

shout out to kaomi at the front desk for being kind and welcoming, and ivan out at the beach bar for mixing some mean margaritas

and with lack of beach seats, the smoke that is coming from the pizza place is affecting the kids pool, too much noise of music at noon (difficult to sleep) and sometimes at night until 23:00

12 hours this caused confusion, no the best response to needs, for instance, there was only one room service waiter for the entire hotel

grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants

to the gym is paid separately (around eur 10 per visit) if you are not paying for the all inclusive (-) we had to purchase extra dessert and pay for the use of the gym even though we paid for the all inclusive price (-)did not like that the gym was an extra charge (-)mattresses and pillows on beds weren comfortable and need upgrading ,had to pay to use gym,hotel geared as vacation club(i guess i missed this when booking) (-)hated that the gym wasn't included in the price (+) not sure why they charge for gym - should be free (-) gym should be free, included in price (-)staff tried to put me in a studio when i paid for a 1 bedroom suite, had to pay extra to use the gym (-)have to pay 7$ for the gym

complex was excellent and the shuttle service to golf course and playa royale was outstanding, especially vincent , the shuttle driver the seafood

was not as good as i thought, and not open late, room service was like 2 hours wait and was cold and fries tasted

beach was super good for little kids with nice waves for boogey boarding
