hotel and facilities, a small pool to get refreshed after a day out

the building was incredibly grand and historic, the pool beautiful and the spa changing rooms very handy for an extra swim before we had to catch a flight

the spa and gym had a fee, but the facilities looked amazing and therefore i understand the price they

i wish the bar was opened until later. the price for the spa and bar was a bit high.

use of the gym and spa area is not included in the price

between myself and one of the staff from the bar it took 8 attempts before the details were accepted

you have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner

shortage of staff in reception and bar . price of evening meal was expensive

room was noisy, we could hear people in the bar and the nextdoor neighbours in the bathroom.

driving to durango means severe parking issues and no alcoholic drink possible

the breakfast is delicious and we the staff very gentle

the kids bed was comfy and the cot was a genuine wooden crib rather than the standard travel cot

closed but roberto and his staff were excellent and rustled us up a lovely spread and kept the bar open and joined us for a drink

they did play different kinds of music in the bar and outside in the terrace and a bit too loud.

bed was fine! location ok, enough parking. wifi had mixed reception, not superb but good enough.

restaurant bar staff were extremely rude, ignored us and kept serving spanish customers before us even though

it's not easy to travel with kids, and it's just great when u have people that help and make u feel at home :) in our case,

loved sitting in the plaza nueva and watching the kids play football in the late afternoon

getting in very early they were very accommodating to allow us early check in
