the kids and i were comfortable and enjoyed the three days were were there

maybe a kids menu aswell even though the staff did help on this situation aswell

window can be opened but not locked in slight open, so wasn't able to keep them open with my kids asleep in the

it is so convenient and the restaurant is very good and we love to use the pool too

bar only open till 3pm then you had to use restaurant bar thereafter which was alot

toilet roll in our room some issues with the meal in the evening, ordered a kids starter which didn t arrive

the main restaurants menu isn t the best and not a lot of things on there for kids

of parents who weren't keeping an eye on the kids running around, staff did have a word thankfully

they staff were wonderful. my kids really enjoyed themselves. certainly, we will be back soon.

t fed through we had children with us, so staff had to quickly go prepare the sofa bed for the kids, which

she gave the kids soft toys which were a massive hit and she helped us get additional pillows etc for the kids

all the staff were great with the kids and i would highly recommend this hotel

great location! even had a little kids area in the lobby

also a safe area outside for dogs and kids to go outside

pool access was easy and has the added benefit of watching aquafit which my kids loved

wife and i got there early for a first getaway in over 3 years after having kids

we travelled as a family of 5 with 3 kids

were so helpful, sorry didn't get their names but in particular the receptionist, the bar man the waitress at

parking was very difficult when we arrived as very busy and limited space

lovely contemporary room overlooking the canal . lovely bar with live music friendly staff

room was very nice and clean and modern with a nice view, easy parking

the location is great and within easy walking distance of a decent selection of bars and restaurants on monton

lovely room. bar and restaurant on site. very clean and comfortable.

beds at all, which is inconvenient when wanting to plug in fans when it's hot or nightlights for kids

good location not far from restraunts in the city centre the large room is perfect for kids

i was travelling with two small kids and getting food to hotel room was slightly tricky, although we managed

lots dog around ,dog in restaurant ,dog in the gym with kids

very poor wifi - needs to be better. no kids menu in restaurant

didn't like that it did not have any meals for children or activities for kids

the shower was filthy. kids had 2 matrresses on the floor in a family room

cost is always good basic clean rooms and staff are always helpful the adjoining bar restaurant albert's services

the room was very clean and i was allowed an early check in on request thanks to the very helpful staff

fabulous the breakfast had a great selection and staff were excellent

you can see the black scum under the rim and main issue was we came to get a night away from the kids

the fountains didn t work properly and was full of kids we could have paid 10 and gone to the local baths

chairs/loungers though which you don't always get at other places, but i wasn't keen on all the kids splashing

however when we got to the pool it was full of kids

we tried to go when we arrived the night before but a kids swim class was on and very busy

we were a large family group with lots of kids with us and all staff were fantastic with us, particularly val

having use of the gym next door was a hit with the kids

loved how friendly and nice the staff were nothing was too much for them with having two fussy kids

pool is in use 5 a day if you dont mind lots of local school kids

up the sofa bed (which wasn't ideal as we got there late after a long car journey with very tired kids)

we then had to bring this up for then heaters to turn up in the room to warm the room up for the kids as well

so had to keep walking back to reception with my kids which wasnt great
