enough we could only check in at 9pm ish because we have kids
they gave limited water when we had a party of 12 kids and i was made to feel inconvenient asking for

instead of radiators as it was so cold , radiators did get really hot no cover and 1 of the kids burnt her hand

crying and banging from a neighbor room, which i didn't need before a full day ahead with my kids

the sofa bed has 2 mattresses on top of each other, so it was too soft for 2 kids to sleep on it

only thing that i would change is that kids couldn't go in the outdoor pool at david lloyd before

didn't like about our stay, the only thing i would say is that the management wasn't aware of a kids eat free

kids loved going for a swim after gullivers world and then again in the morning before check out

have stayed quite a few times but this time we had teenage kids knocking on our door asking to come in, where

the grounds are stunning, the kids loved playing outside on the lawns, the staff that we met were all lovely,
