kids bagsied the main bed so myself and partner were on the sofa bed, rather uncomfortable and my
think there were mugrant s being housed there and the kids were giving to play in the car park, nit the place
will do there best to help you, breakfast amazing, always stay here when i go out with my big kids highly
of the guests or residents were very loud and kids were allowed to run wild in corridors and stand on dinner
the woman screaming at 4ish in the morning my kids were petrified.

reception staff and restaurant staff lovely, the chef asked if we wanted our kids meal out with the starter

we loved the pool, or rather our kids loved the pool.

the room was for 2 adults and 2 kids the sofa bed wasn't made and when i went to reception to ask them they

separate entrance option to accommodation so no need to go through bar once you have the keys

breakfast was run by school kids (cheap labour) with far too few staff considering how busy it was
small , cold , out dated and when it rained a leak from the window spa was full of kids having swimming lessons
pool very full as it is used by both club members and hotel guest and swimming lessons for kids

they gave limited water when we had a party of 12 kids and i was made to feel inconvenient asking for
instead of radiators as it was so cold , radiators did get really hot no cover and 1 of the kids burnt her hand
came for a spa weekend on rare occasion without the kids unfortunately we couldn t get in to the spa on either
with the problems this was an insult at 10pm still trying to find somewhere to stay with the kids
