pool very full as it is used by both club members and hotel guest and swimming lessons for kids
small , cold , out dated and when it rained a leak from the window spa was full of kids having swimming lessons
manager who came after another half hour saying he was very busy and had taken the charge for the kids meal off
breakfast was run by school kids (cheap labour) with far too few staff considering how busy it was

pool is in use 5 a day if you dont mind lots of local school kids
we then had to bring this up for then heaters to turn up in the room to warm the room up for the kids as well
i'd say they need to add entertainment for the adults and a park for the kids and the games room needs to be

the staff attention to kids
kids cot were so flat and uncomfortable, it was nothing like the various alternatives displayed on
breakfast options for kids was the best i have experienced in any hotel
kids pull out bed is terrible, not sure how 2 teenager's suppose to sleep there, it just sank, as
the sofa bed was a little narrow, but the kids managed ok

location for bamber bridge, playpark and soft play for kids next door, pub and sainsburys/aldi on doorstep also
as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, it was ample space with a double bed and two singles
the hotel was clean, lovely hot baths for me and the kids. very good value for what i paid
pub beside it was great for food and drink, lovely breakfast and there is a kids play centre 5 steps from the
good location for a stopover, good pub next door and a park for kids.

cost of kids breakfast, should be less for children under a certain age
window can be opened but not locked in slight open, so wasn't able to keep them open with my kids asleep in the

was on the ground floor near the gym and we were woken first thing in the morning by visitors parking outside

returning for a long day out on saturday i came into a party with dj and loud disco music, kids sitting on the

the host was also kind to leave us a few treats, and my kids loved them (cookies, crips and cereals)

kids bagsied the main bed so myself and partner were on the sofa bed, rather uncomfortable and my
think there were mugrant s being housed there and the kids were giving to play in the car park, nit the place

can be useful when travelling with kids/taking refrigerated medications etc so this was a nice touch
should be able to get access to the gym without the spa - so to extend the hours of compatibility
bar staff in the evenings were a little grumpy and the meal bill was overcharged when paying by
lovely modern and spacious rooms and nice gym overlooking the countryside.

also the breakfasts downstairs are very expensive for a family of 4, there is no scaled down kids breakfast
we were allocated a lovely quiet room at the end of a corridor which was ideal as we have young kids
is a building site on a main busy road i would not pay 20 pounds to sleep hear never mind 70 a kids coke is 2
very few options for vegetarian or pescatarian and no pasta or risotto choice on adults or kids menu

the full english breakfast was excellent, made to order, and they made smaller versions for the kids
fans very low windows so no gud for kids very hot water in shower like kettle hot burnt our skin
were booked into the annexe and it helped having the extra space for the kids to spend a few hours between two

i don't blame the kids serving although a smile and a hello would not go amiss
being unloaded which was very loud which i understand needs doing but we was away from the kids so was looking

the sofa bed was very hard for my kids
the guests were constantly coming into the public area with kids running about & screaming lots of shouting
the kids running riot up and down the corridors til midnight and before 7am
good location not far from restraunts in the city centre the large room is perfect for kids

pool could have been better it was small full of noisy children and half of it was roped off for kids swimming
