there were a number of kids diving into the pool and almost landed on us
great pool and good that kids were welcome to use it. the bar and restaurant is good too.
and the second night was to keep that on for the kids and a double room for me and my partner
we just needed a get away from the kids and it was perfect

felt welcomed, lots of room..staff was lovely and as a family. kids loves this.
enough we could only check in at 9pm ish because we have kids
instead of radiators as it was so cold , radiators did get really hot no cover and 1 of the kids burnt her hand
came for a spa weekend on rare occasion without the kids unfortunately we couldn t get in to the spa on either
with the problems this was an insult at 10pm still trying to find somewhere to stay with the kids

maybe a kids menu aswell even though the staff did help on this situation aswell
get some kids running up and down the corridor on our second night which was a little annoying at
surprised charged for kids breakfast two with two adults paying
the pool had a loose floating spotlight in the pool, which they claimed to be safe even tho kids were swimming
obviously some kids and their irresponsible parent left mess but it was still there next morning

214 door had no lock inside, so we always had to be alert so the kids don't the door and go outside
places we visited speke hall ( loose the kids in the maze) national trust property
parking and easy to go to after getting off the ferry in liverpool - the room was decent size with

rooms we reserved were not available and they tried to put our family of two parents and four kids into three

kids kicking ball up against bedroom windows - pretty lawless
the walls are paper thin, party in the next room, had to ring reception 3 times, also kids screaming up the
super comfortable, set up was amazing for the wedding, so much so i m seeing about having more kids so we can
very dated, no air conditioning, sat night went outside and loads of kids hanging by the door as a prom taking

2nd time staying at the arc and ideal location if you are attending a match with young kids
the hotel catered for different tastes and my kids enjoyed the variety that was on offer

loved that they had a room that accommodated 2 adults & 4 kids because it s hard to get that
lovely big park behind for walks and kids play area
would definitely recommend the hotel and if i stay in liverpool again i will pick that hotel my kids loved

was amazing everyone was kind and helpful and the family room we had was absolutely amazing the kids wanted to
the match and he was extremely friendly to us and even posed for some photos with us and our kids
would highly recommend especially if you have small kids as so close to stadium
the sofa bed was a bit too small for two big kids.

didn't sleep a wink due to crying kids next door
only thing that i would change is that kids couldn't go in the outdoor pool at david lloyd before
the location and the hotel being an old terminal building brought so much character, the kids loved the planes
room, lovely dining area and little activity packs for kids at breakfast to keep them

my husband and i were doing one night away from the kids in the city

of the suite was fantastic and the jacuzzi spa bath was out of this world

lovely, we were at a dancing competition and the staff were so friendly and interested in the kids

dont like showers over baths, this one was a big step in, and would not be suitable for kids or older people

was brilliant , the rooms were so spacious aswell which was brilliant for us as a family with kids naps
