kids enjoyed it, there was a kids menu in the main restaurant

i work very hard to earn the amount of money they charge and on a night away from the kids, i want a bath and

lifts where abit outdated and small especially for familes with kids

would be better with a swimming pool

the car parking was very hard to get too at the back

we were told on arrival the bar would stay open as long as people were using it, when we came back to the hotel

parking available, although it was on an access road at the back of the property

staff were very accommodating, we missed our breakfast time but was cooked afresh full english anyway which was

went with my 3 year old daughter and the girl behind the bar was very friendly and made us feel very welcome

you want to use the pool it belongs to the gym next door that is used for kids swimming lessons at weekends so

the first room family size was amazing and a lovely note with haribos for the kids and hot chocolate drinks

there was a kids swimming class on in the pool in the morning so make sure you go down before 10 for a swim if

was going to use the pool but non resident kids too noisy so we skipped that

even goody bags for kids and carrot mince pie and milk for santa

doors got a bit caught in the carpets so it was hard for the smaller kids to open.

mattresses were too soft and springy, a bit like a kids trampoline no lifts

stay apart from second night group of lads shouting n banging on room next door so woke me and kids up which

throughout the whole hotel, we came as a couple this time but have booked again to take the kids, it's a nice

delicious the kids and i were really impressed.

our kids slept on a sofa bed for an extra 25 at no problem but only found out on

separate splash pool for kids would have been great for adults who wanted to relax round the pool

during checking in there was hardly any space left and the spaces that available were during the kids sessions

main concern was that the kids beds has stairs leading to the door and i was a bit worried the little one

was just abit of faffing around when you have 5 kids waiting for their breakfasts lol

we had a 6 year old with us so didn't walk into town but without kids this could be done if you don't
