it's a fully all inclusive hotel with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack bar throughout the day that has lunch style food

staff all over the hotel from reception to the dining hall, bar and entertainment tram to the cleaning staff are so friendly and go out of their way to smile

be more variety for children as my eldest is a fussy eater and there wasn't a great selection for kids

the hotel was fabulous from the size of the pool to the superb buffet breakfast, lunch and evening meal

have been toilets and a small bar near the jacuzzi

the spa booking was hit and miss. we couldn’t get clear info on the treatments.

indoor thermal spa was fantastic, we used it during a rain shower

we had an excellent view from our room to the pool & sea but noticed the hogging of beds was a regular occurrence

all the staff, from the reception to the guys of the mini and kids club, from the housekeepers and maintenance guys to the restaurant and kitchen staff

noisy in the night, breakfast could vary more, kids club for youngest lacks slide or a swing set

room service should be less invasive. cleaning should also be more precise and less forgetful.

taxi s arrived almost instantaneously and great parking if you hire a car

the double sun beds are brilliant by the pool and on our terrace

we loved the different pools we could go to along with pool bars but our favourite as being all adults was the roof top bar

guess the pool isn't deep enough for an adult to dive in but this is trivial and a bit nit-picky considering

the food was delicious, and the facilities from the bar and kids club to pilates and the gym were all fantastic

only thing i can think of, is the minimum spending of 15 euros for room service dining or breakfast

the different pools allowed my family with older kids to enjoy a space that was not over run by little kids

the spa is phenomenal, the heated pools and amazing thermal showers are a must
