old, lumpy pillows we had a non-smoking room but the hallway reaked bad of smoke

pool was clean 1st day, but then no maintenance or cleaning (i was there 8 days total) after that

she got us a map and marked up how to use the train to save on parking, she also explained the hotel shuttle,

breakfast was not included the front desk people and maid were excellent
